The Sacred Source

"Battle belly bulge! Attack your abs!" Contemporary Western culture assaults woman's belly, casting it as shameful; we respond by withdrawing our awareness. Yet Maya Abdominal Massage asks clients to deepen their awareness into this region.

Other cultures around the world have known the body's center as our connection to Source Energy. In myth, ritual, and sacred image, woman's belly is a goddess.

This workshop introduces you to the belly as the body's sacred center. You'll learn how to experience your belly as the site of your soul-power, and help clients do the same.
